The Company would like to recruit a Finance Clerk to be based at head office in Sandton. 

EXPERIENCE 

• At least 3 years’ experience in a finance environment 

OTHER SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: 

• Must be able to adapt his / her plans to suite any changes 

• Conveys information to individuals, ensure that they understand 

• Take initiative in solving financial related problems 

• Must be professional in dealing with all stakeholders

• Be proactive, take prompt action 

• Must be aware of all safety related issues 

• Setting high standards of performance for self and others; Assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY 

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Maintain financial records carefully and precisely, entering accurate information into spreadsheets and making calculations based on previous and upcoming transactions. 

• Interact with the relevant stakeholders, relaying information, answering queries and providing clear explanation on a daily basis 

• Monitor invoicing, billing, payment postings and receipts

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and records, as and when required. 

• Resolve financial issues quickly and tactfully 

• Attend to all administrative related issues  

• Enforce safety, health and environmental integrity principles applicable to area of responsibility
