Vacancy: Canyon coal - Human Resources Administrator
The company would like to recruit a Human Resources Administrator to be based in Sandton head office.

Innovating ways to deal with HR related work problems
Organizing and guiding the HR activities in area of responsibility
Must take decisions on how to cope with changing environments with in the workplace
Assist in solving HR-based problems
Must be able to manage any conflict that occurs between the various stakeholders
Setting objectives and targets for area of responsibility
Must be professional in dealing with all stakeholders
Be proactive, take prompt action
Any HR related problem, must be solved promptly
Must be results driven to ensure cost effectiveness
Must be aware of all safety related issues
Setting high standards of performance for self and others; Assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or task
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Diploma in HR Management
Valid driver’s license
Must be familiar with all HR systems
Must be computer literate, as well as be familiar with any HR packages
Microsoft Office Essential
At least 4 years of proven experience in HR Administration, preferably in the mining environment
SKILLS
Must be able to organize and lead
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
