Vacancy: Khanye Colliery -Admin Clerk (Engineering)

The company would like to recruit an admin clerk with excellent administrative skills to handle admin of engineering team based at Khanye Colliery in Bronkhorstspruit.

DESCRIPTION

The Admin Clerk will responsible for:  

  • Service planning of all yellow equipment. 

  • Ordering of spares  

  • Filing of all machinery related paper work  

  • Controlling lifting equipment and special tools  

  • Following up outstanding orders  

  • Various other admin related tasks

 QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Administration Diploma minimum (3 Year Qualification)  

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience  

  • Grade 12  

  • Computer Literate (MS Office package)
