Rudzani Mudogwa has diverse experience in the environmental management field, he started working in 2006 for the Department of Mineral Resources until 2011, During his period with the Department of Mineral Resources he was exposed to the following; Evaluating the Environmental Scoping Reports, Environmental Impact Assessment, closure reports, Environmental Management Plan and programs submitted for Prospecting, Mining permits and Mining Rights Applications. In 2011, he started his own business and in 2012 he joined Canyon Coal as a partner.

Pandelani Mugudami completed his Bachelor of Environmental Sciences from the University of Venda in 1998 before starting as an Assistant Director at the Department of Minerals and Resources. Later, he became the Environmental Officer at the Department of Minerals and Energy. He started his own business and he has interests in coal mining companies.

Mehboob Kamaloodien is a hands-on businessman. He started his career in selling hardware goods in a humble shop in Mitchells Plain, Cape Town. He grew the business to be the most revenue earning branch of Campwell Group in less than 10 years. After the group was sold to a JSE listed company he grew his capital with the investments in real estate and resources. He is actively involved in coal, limestone and stone quarry operations and projects in Mpumalanga and North West provinces.
