Vacancy: Site Administrator
The company would like to recruit an Site administrator to be based at Khanye Colliery, in Bronkhorstspruit.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12
Computer literacy
Administration, Finance or HR qualifications advantageous
Good communication skills
Be able to work independently
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sage
OTHER SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Analytical thinking
Self-motivated
Must understand the importance of working safely
Absolutely NO previous criminal record
Must be medically fit
EXPERIENCE:
3 Years HR, Finance and/or administrative experience is essential
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily capturing of production data and report writing
Daily reconciliation of production sheets to electronic equipment data
Capturing of HR administrative documentation (timesheets, Sage administration, confirmation on the Xtime biometrics system)
Create / Design a filing system, ensure the quality of the filing execution & ensure safekeeping of documentation
Provide factual data required for evaluation of performance and corrective action as needed
Provide for general administrative functions for the mining department such as filing, minute taking, scheduling of meetings etc
