Vacancy: Phalanndwa Colliery -Grader Operator
The company would like to recruit a Grader Operator to be based at Phalanndwa Colliery in Delmas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Grader Operator will be responsible for:
Consistently apply Safety & Health principles in all team interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities
Visiting allocated areas regularly and inspecting plant equipment behaviour and condition to ensure equipment functionality
Inspecting and monitoring plant equipment to ensure safety and production standards compliance
Report production and equipment deviations, abnormal and high-risk conditions and logging them on the mine suite
Cleaning of all safety signs and equipment to ensure that they are visible, legible and fit for use
Sorting of collected spillage material, and dumping at designated to prevent contamination and pollution
Assisting with equipment preparation for Maintenance work
