Vacancy: Stores Controller
The company would like to recruit a Stores Controller to be based at the Gugulethu Colliery the within the Msukaligwa Municipality.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12
Must be computer literate
Qualified Trade (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Millwright)
Diploma in Logistics and supervisory training
Good communication skills
EXPERIENCE
5 years ’experience in the same role
Mining experience
OTHER SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Must be familiar with all stores related systems
Must be able to organize and lead.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the inbound and outbound processes
Apply FIFI principles to all stock, if possible
Ensure all orders are handled correctly and timeously
Ensure adherence to and be aware of all Health and Safety rules
Continuously liaise with all internal stakeholders to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided by the stores.
Embrace an agile procurement process by being adaptive and flexible to accommodate and focus on emerging and changing business priorities.
Adhere to global commercial standards that will enable delivery in a safe and socially acceptable way and ensure that the organisation sources from responsible suppliers.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and new partners within the supply market.
Send daily reports to all relevant stakeholders
Ensure the correct documentation are processed, as well as ensure the accuracy of data recorded on dynamics D365
Supervision of stores personnel
Manage Work orders and Manuel Orders on ERP System
Ensure that Stock On hand corresponds with Stock on ERP System
Issuing and Receiving are done correctly
GRV Module is done and send to Financial Department daily
Setting high standards of performance for self and others assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks
