3.1. ISANDULELO

Uhlelo lokuthuthukisa izindawo zasekhaya yindlela yokugqugquzela izakhamuzi ukuthi zisebenzisane ukukhulisa umnotho nokuphucula impilo yawo wonke umuntu emphakathini njengokusho kwezinto ezibhekwayo ohlwini lokuthuthukisa abantu.

Izinjongo ze-Oakleaf wukugqugquzela ukuthi zenziwe izinto ezibophezele kuzo ngokohlelo lwenhlalakahle nemisebenzi futhi nangokubamba iqhaza emisebenzini ezoqinisekisa ukuthi imiphakathi esisebenza kuyo inekusasa elinakekela inhlalakahle nomnotho wayo.

Sihlose ukuqinisa ukusebenzisana ezindaweni iMPRDA egxile kuzo nezinye izinhlaka ezindaweni esisebenzela kuzo kanjalo nezinhlelo zeminyango kahulumeni.

3.2. UMTHETHO 46 (C) (I) ULWAZI NGESIMO SENHLALAKAHLE NOMNOTHO

 
 

3.3. UMTHETHO 46 (C) (II) IZINTO EZAKHA UMNOTHO

Izinto eziwumongo womnotho: ngezolimo, izimayini, ezohwebo nemisebenzi yomphakathi. Ziningi izidingo zendawo kodwa eziseqhulwini imisebenzi namathuba amabhizinisi. I-Oakleaf iyazibophezela ukubamba iqhaza kwi-Integrated Development Programme (i-IDP).

3.4. UMTHETHO 46 (C) (III) INGQALASIZINDA NEMISEBENZI YOKUQEDA INDLALA

Ngalolu Hlelo lwenhlalakahle nemisebenzi, i-Oakleaf iphakamisa umsebenzi owodwa omkhulu wokuthuthukisa umphakathi ngokuxoxisana futhi nokuvunyelwa ngumasipala wendawo.

3.5. UMTHETHO 46 (C) (IV) IZINDLELA ZOKULUNGISA IMIZI NESIMO SENHLALO SABASEBENZI BASEMAYINI

I-Oakleaf ngeke ibe namahostela nezindawo zokuhlala zenkampani. Inkampani izokhokhela bonke abasebenzi imali yendawo yokuhlala. Ngaphezu kwalokho, imayini iyazibophezela kulokhu okulandelayo:

  • Ukufundisa bonke abasebenzi ngokuba nomuzi;

  • Ukuphucula indlela okutholakala ngayo izinto zokuthutha ukuze kuphucuke indlela abasebenzi abaxhumana ngayo nemindeni yabo;

  • Ukubambisana nabanikazi bomhlaba abaseduzane nezinye izimayini ukugwema nokulawula imijondolo emhlabeni wemayini; futhi

  • Sihlele ukususa abasebenzi abahlala emijondolo baye ezindlini ezakhiwe kahle.

3.6. UMTHETHO 46 (C) (V) IZINDLELA ZOKUBHEKA UKUDLA KWABASEBENZI BEMAYINI

I-Oakleaf iyazibophezela ekufundiseni nasekukhuthazeni abasebenzi bayo ngokudla okunempilo nanokunakekela impilo. Okunye okumqoka emsebenzini weMayini wukusungula indawo ephephile futhi nefanele yokusebenzela. Kuzokwesekwa ukuthi kunakekelwe impilo ngisho abantu sebephumile emsebenzini ngokuthi iMayini yenze lezi zinto ezilandelayo:

  • Ukukhuthaza abasebenzi nemindeni yabo ukusebenzisa izikhungo zezempilo ezisungulwe nguhulumeni endaweni;

  • Ukugqugquzela ukuzinakekela kulabo basebenzi abaphoqeleke ukuyeka ukusebenza ngenxa yokugula;

  • Ukwengeza ukufundisa ngokudla okunempilo ezinhlelweni ezisetshenziswayo ukwethula umsebenzi omusha eMayini;

  • Nangokusebenzisa umtholampilo wemayini nezinye izinhlelo zokunakekela impilo nezinhlelo zemithi yezifo eziyisimbelambela.

3.7. UMTHETHO 46 (c) (vi) Uhlelo lokuThenga iziMpahla

Imiphakathi eyakhelene nemayini izoba ngabanye babantu okuzothengwa kubo izimpahla kuwona womathathu amazinga amthathu okuthenga izimpahla (eziyimisebenzi emikhulu, ukuhlinzeka imisebenzi nezinto nama-consumable). Ukuthenga izimpahla ngenye yezindlela ezosetshenziswa yiKhanye ukuthuthukisa umnotho ezindaweni zemiphakathi esebenzela kuyo.

I-Oakleaf isibonile ukuthi kufanele ibambe iqhaza ekuguquleni umnotho waseNingizimu Afrika futhi kufanele isebenzise yokuqala ngezinkampani zabantu ababencishwe amathuba uma ithenga enkampanini yonke.

3.7.1. Iqhinga

Imayini iyazi ukuthi abantu ababencishwe amathuba, abesifazane nentsha nalabo abakhethwa kusetshenziswa i-BEE bangathanda ukuhlinzeka iMayini ngezimpahla. Inhloso yomgomo weCanyon wokuthenga ngokubhekelela abathile wukwandisa amathuba okuthi labo ababencishwe amathuba bakwazi ukuhlinzeka imayini ngezimpahla nemisebenzi.

Ngakho-ke iMayini izobheka lezo zinkampani ezincane ezidinga ukulekelelwa endaweni njengeminye yemisebenzi yokuThuthukisa uMnotho eNdaweni. Ngalo msebenzi, iMayini ihlose:

  • Ukufaka isandla ekuthuthukiseni amabhizinisi abantu ababencishwe amathuba

  • Ukugqugquzela ukuthi kwande ukuthi izinkontileka neminye imisebenzi inikwe izinkampani zababencishwe amathuba

  • Ukufundisa nanokwenza ukuthi kuqondwe ukweseka izinjongo zokufukula abantu ngokomnotho kulabo esisebenzisana nabo

Ngokusho kweMining Charter ukuthenga kubantu bendawo kusiza ukuncintisana nokuletha uguquko, kusiza nomnotho futhi kulethe amathuba okukhulisa umnotho nokuvula amathuba emisebenzi futhi kwandise amakhasimende athenga izimpahla zaseNingizimu Afrika.

3.8. Umsebenzi wokuThuthukisa uMnotho waseNdaweni

I-Oakleaf ixoxisane noMasipala waseTshwane nezinye izinhlaka ezithintekayo kwiSifunda 7 ukuphasisa uhlelo lokuthuthukisa umphakathi. Isabelomali salo msebenzi nguR 1 723 000.00. Sicela ubheke iThebula 13 ngemininingwane yokuthi kuzokwenziwa kanjani.
