ISIGABA 4: UMTHETHO 46 (d) Uhlelo oluthinta ukwengamela ukunciphisa umsebenzi nokudiliza


I-Oakleaf izibophezele ukugcina zonke izidingo zomthetho mayelana nendlela ezodiliza ngayo kanti nakhu okulandelayo ezokwenza:

  • Ukuxoxisana kusanesikhathi nazo zonke izinhlaka ezizothinteka kulolu hlelo;

  • Wukwazisa uMnyango wokuMbiwa Phansi namandla kusanesikhathi ukuthi kungenzeka kudilizwe;

  • Ukuqhubeka ukuxoxisana ne-Future Forum ngohlelo lokudiliza nokuzokwenzeka ngenxa yakho;

  • Ukuveza yonke into obala kubo bonke abathintekayo nayo yonke imininingwane futhi kuvunyelwe zonke izinhlaka ukuthi zenze izethulo ngokuxoxiswana ngakho; futhi

  • Kwaziswe bonke abasebenzi ukuthi kungenzeka kudilizwe.

I-Oakleaf future forum yasungulwa ngo-2019, ihlangana njalo ngekota (sicela nibheka isengezo u- “annexure C” ukubona imigomo esebenzela phezu kwayo) izinjongo zayo ezifaka nokuthi:

Ukunciphisa umphumela kwinhlalakahle nasemnothweni kubantu imayini izothatha lezi zinyathelo ezilandelayo:

  • Izoyisa abantu kwezinye izindawo enkampanini, uma kungenzeka.

  • Uma kukhona abasebenzi ababoleka imali yokufunda, zizocishwa izikweletu.

  • Abasebenzi bazokhokhelwa yonke imali abakweletwa yona okufaka eyokudilizwa, eyezinsuku zekhefu nesesikhwameni sempesheni.

  • Ngesikhathi kuqhubeka lokhu, kukhona amakhono aphathekayo abasebenzi abazonikwa wona ukubalungiselela ukuncipha komsebenzi nokudilizwa.

Inkampani ikwazi ukuqeqeshana ngamakhono aphathekayo afana nokushisela, ugesi, ukusebenzisa ikhompiyutha nokunakekela izingane. Abantu abaqeqeshanayo yilabo abagunyaziwe ukukwenza lokho.
